Kim Doremus is a Chattanooga native.  She has a passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their goals. Whether her clients want to buy a home, sell a home or investing in real estate to grow wealth, Kim is there to explain the process, options and guides them from beginning to end. 

Kim has been a licensed Realtor since June 2017, received the prestigious “Rising Star” award year one and has been ranked in the top 20% in Keller Williams Realty. Kim has held leadership positions in the Market Center through out her career.

Kim is dedicated to educating herself and has earned the following certifications:  SRS (Seller Representative Specialist Designation), SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource Certification, and the BDRC (Builder Developer Realtor Certification.

Kim enjoys spending time with her husband, Bill, and their family, especially her grandchildren.  Kim is creative and passionate about interior design.
